Refund Policy

1. Free Platform

CAIPPY is free to use — the assessment, AI agents, learning paths, job board, daily challenges, academy, and community are all available at no cost. Because there is no charge for these features, no refunds are applicable.

2. Summer Career Accelerator ($997)

2.1 7-Day Refund Window

The Summer Career Accelerator is a one-time purchase of $997. It is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet started your Week 1 deliverables. Once you submit your first weekly task, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2.2 Special Circumstances

Special circumstances (medical emergency, major life events) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

• You have violated our Terms of Service
• You have abused the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
• You have shared account credentials or violated acceptable use policies
• You have downloaded or exported significant platform content

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for the Summer Career Accelerator:

1. Email info@caippy.app with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
3. Allow 3-5 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent you from participating in the Accelerator, we'll work to resolve the issue first. If we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
