1. Intellectual Property Rights

1.1 Proprietary Technology

The CAIPPY platform, including but not limited to the PIVOT Algorithm™, assessment methodologies, scoring systems, AI prompts, proprietary frameworks, course content, user interfaces, and all related materials are the exclusive property of CAIPPY and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

1.2 PIVOT Algorithm™

The PIVOT Algorithm™ (covering Awareness, Skills, Value, Opportunity, and Resilience pillars) is a proprietary methodology developed by CAIPPY. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of this methodology is strictly prohibited.

1.3 User License

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal career development purposes only. This license does not grant rights to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute platform content
  • Reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
  • Create derivative works or competing services
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written consent

2. User Data and Privacy

By using CAIPPY, you consent to data collection for platform improvement and research purposes, subject to the controls provided in your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
  • Upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
  • Use the platform to compete with CAIPPY

4. Confidentiality

Users acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information, including proprietary assessment questions, scoring methodologies, and AI-generated insights. This information must be kept confidential and not shared publicly or with competitors.

5. Payment — Summer Career Accelerator

The CAIPPY platform is free to use. The Summer Career Accelerator is a one-time purchase of $997. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize a one-time charge of $997 for the Accelerator
  • Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

CAIPPY provides career development tools and insights but does not guarantee specific career outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends immediately, and you must cease all use of proprietary materials.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
